These guys knocked it outa the park! They replaced my hub seal, while me and the boss shot the bull. I wasn't there a whole hour. Great stories, too and I only lied to him once. I'll be back.

Brought my tow truck in here for a full service and hydraulic line replacement when I got it back my pto shaft was loose and pops out everytime I use the pto now and all they could tell me is βthereβs no way to tighten a slip yokeβ

I called these folks about replacing the starter on my Cascadia. They wrote me an estimate for $382 labor and $566 for the starter, but told me they couldn't get the starter until the next day at noon. A Freightliner dealer was on my route to them, so I priced the starter at the dealer: $340 and in stock. So I offered to pick the starter up en route to Olympic, but they told me their labor rate increases from $190/hour to $250/hour if I bring my own part. Which is more than the dealer in their area ($239). So they thought it was reasonable to have me down until they could get the part that they already wanted to mark up $220. So increased downtime and a ludicrous parts markup is acceptable to these people. I don't care if "shops typically mark their parts up." That's a lie. I have invoices from reputable shops that charged me less for parts than what I could get them for because some shops are honest and decent people who pass their savings on to customers. I wouldn't let these people change a fuse for me. They'd probably mark the part up.

Very disappointed with this shop. They gave me a low estimate at first, but when my driver arrived, they suddenly changed the price to almost double before starting the work. We ended up wasting time and fuel for nothing. Totally unprofessional and misleading β they should be honest about prices from the beginning. I donβt recommend this place.

Thank you guys. Saved me $1000s. I had an injector go out, and spill fuel into the oil tank. Had it towed to the dealer and they quoted me $14,000. They wanted To replace all the injectors and the harness, along with some other work that I needed. I felt like my chain was being jerked, And I was right. I had it towed out of the dealer and overdue Olympic truck service after speaking to John on the phone. he told me what their plan would be for the repair work, just replacing the injector that failed and putting new rings on the other injectors. Along with the other work that I needed ended up paying $5000 less than I would have if I kept my truck at the dealer. Have been driving the truck for a week now and no issues at all. Running perfectly and even better than before. I drive between Portland and Seattle every day and definitely will only come here if I am needing maintenance between the cities.
